The DSA Sports Care Strength and Conditioning program is conducted in collaboration with Athletic Inc, a leader in Singapore in sports performance. Athletic Inc brings Performance Training to anyone looking to improve in their sporting performance. AI offers an innovative approach to training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. The AI Strength & Conditioning program is based on consistent, continual coaching.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. The coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session.

A former national athlete, Carl’s passion is to inspire and empower young, aspiring athletes in the local Singapore sporting community. With his background in sports science, he incorporates modern sports science-based training techniques and a customised approach to strength and conditioning to tailor the training programs specific to the needs of his clients.
Carl currently works with National sportsmen from an array of sports and is also a part of the National Training Centre for Swimmings’ Strength and Conditioning Team. In addition, he also shares his expertise with the athletes from the Bowling National Team too.
NEW GYM ROOM AT DSA SHAH ALAM
A new gym room is now open for swimmers at the Shah Alam retail shop to provide faculties for swimmers in their strength and conditioning training.
