DSA Swimmers win 23 Medals at MAS Long Course Meet
The MILO/MAS Malaysia Long Course Swimming Championships 2025 was held on the 9-12 October 2025 at the National Aquatic Centre, Bukit Jalil. Swimmers who are existing members of Clubs duly registered and affiliated to their respective states or MAS and who meet the Minimum Time Standards for a particular event are eligible to participate; this includes Foreigners residing in Malaysia who are existing members of Clubs. Foreign swimmers from other affiliated federations are also eligible to participate in this Meet.
39 Swimming Clubs from all over Malaysia participated in the Meet with over 340 swimmers gathering at Bukit Jalil for the 3-day Championships. 100 swimmers from DSA Swimming Clubs participated in this Meet and won a total of 23 medals which included 8 Golds. The big winners for the team were Cham Yu Xiang and Joseph Chan Kai Xian who were awarded the Most Valuable Swimmer (Open) Male category while Phee Jinq En, Charlotte Loke and Ryan Ee Tian Aymes were awarded the Most Valuable Swimmer in the Female Open category.
Joseph Chan Kai Xiang and Phee Jinq En took home 2 Golds each for the wins while Cham Yu Xiang, Emmanuel Loh Yung Mi, Liew Yu Shan and Noma Horiuchi won a Gold each for the splendid performances. Vitus So Teng Hoe, Lewis Mu Zi Long, Ryan Ee Tian Aymes, Evita Tan Ee Lin, Joelle Koo Yu Qing, Annis Hiew Xin Ting, Gabrielle M.P.
