The Pesta Renang MBPJ Swimming Meet was held on 9 Nov at the Kelana Jaya Swimming Complex. This is a small local Meet hosted by Stingray Swimming Club meant for beginners in competitive swimming who will get an exposure of participating in a FINA standard swimming Meet. The Meet is not open to State swimmers to enable a good level of participation and motivation for the fresh swimmers.
The 38 young DSA swimmers who participated had a good time enjoying the exposure and also improving their personal best timings. The medal winners included Chong Jun Jet, Josette Ewe, Yoong Chang Shen, Ashley Soh , Chong Jun Ron and Yoong Chang Lin. A detailed view of the medal winners is given below.
